About this Project:
The project consists as below :
External masonry repairs, carry out openings and louvres and install cavity closers, trays, weep holes and lintels
Creation of new lift shaft
Construct and erect single and double storey metal stud partitions
Construct and erect MF ceilings
Install acoustic ceiling panels
Install and fix Pilkington glass screes to partitions
Install ironmongery incl. hinges / door-closers / locks / latches / handles / stops / hooks / letter-plates / weather-strips / thresholds etc.
Fix and install new skirting to newly erected partitions
Take down and dispose existing blockwork and dispose general fittings and fixings, carpets and underlay
Raise existing floor levels to concrete slab with structural joists and particle board
Install linings/sheeting to newly erected partitions/ceilings and tape and joint
Encase soil and vent pipes
Install panel cubicles to WCs
Install and fix new solid core wood door-sets and glazed wood doors with screens incl. frames linings, stops
Fix new tiling to walls in showers, WCs etc.
