The Story So Far

B & X Construction Ltd are a family-owned business, based in LONDON and we have been working within UK specially in LONDON for over 07 years, most of our employees reside in London and so we benefit from a very diverse culture which provides us with a great platform to engage with our customers. We have a great team of staff who a very experienced and competent in delivering successful, safe project outcomes whilst always striving for positive customer experience.

We value and provide high quality and safe construction outcomes on all our contracts, whilst building long term relationships with our clients by always working collaboratively in an open and honest way. We direct deliver core work services for building maintenance to ensure consistent delivery outcomes, and value for money.

We specialise in new build, building maintenance, and compliance works in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, commercial and private landlords.

Since our inception in 2015, we have successfully completed projects in all aspects of external & internal building refurbishment. We have our own in-house gas & electrical engineers enabling us to carry out the full scope of works of building services. We undertake more than 1,000 refurbishments a year to the highest quality, safety, and legal and regulatory standards. Our business has grown organically because of repeat business and long-term partnerships with our clients.

B&X Construction have an extensive understanding of collaborative working through our extensive experience working with local authorities and intermediates on a range of projects across UK specialy in London. We have worked extensively with Mears, supporting different Boroughs throughout London for Family Mosaic, Hammersmith and Fulham and Peabody with their housing stock and understand that open communication, a flexible service model and responsiveness to requests are critical success factors. We also worked with Keepmoat for several projects including Cherry Tree School supporting the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Accreditations

ISO 9001 Certified

Checking that the system works is a vital part of ISO 9001:2008. An organization must perform internal audits to check how its quality management system is working. An organization may decide to invite an independent certification body to verify that it is in conformity to the standard, but there is no requirement for this.

ISO 14001:2004 Certified

ISO 14001:2004 specifies requirements for an environmental management system to enable an organization to develop and implement a policy and objectives which take into account legal requirements and other requirements to which the organization subscribes, and information about significant environmental aspects. It applies to those environmental aspects that the organization identifies as those which it can control and those which it can influence. It does not itself state specific environmental performance criteria.

CHAS Accreditation

CHAS Accreditation is ONLY available for contractors or consultants who have been assessed as CHAS Compliant within the last 9 months. Assessing suppliers health and safety competence is usually a lengthy and time-consuming process. Suppliers can sometimes meet one buyer’s Health and Safety standards but not another. Being CHAS approved reduces duplication as suppliers’ compliance is accepted by all CHAS buyers.

Constructionline

The construction sector has an important role to play in supporting local economies, and many organisations have a desire to work with local suppliers to support the communities in which they operate. We conduct verification checks for all the suppliers on our platform, so procurement teams can be sure that they are working with approved and accredited partners. In turn, local suppliers have access to a much broader range of projects in their area via the Constructionline platform.

NICEIC Approved Contractor

NICEIC provides assessment and certification services for contractors working across the building services sectors. We assess electricians, renewable energy installers, plumbers and gas and heating engineers.
