The completion of the design of the Structural Steel Beams & Lintels including connections, and intumescent coatings.
The completion of the design of the Doors & Windows and associated metalwork
Provide fabrication drawings for the Windows and doors.
The new plasterboard bulkhead (suspended ceiling) system
The design and detailing of the construction Front Entrance Canopy, including fixings and flashings of:
The Joinery and Fittings including Kitchenette & Sink, Reception desk, Benches
The completion of the design and the service runs for:
Drainage works including Manhole/Inspection Chamber
The electrical works
The mechanical works
